Beschreibung
Artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday business operations, employee data is moving between different systems, and management is pushing for rapid implementation. This in-person seminar shows works council members what information rights they have and how they can effectively protect employees' interests.
The course Latest German Case Law for Works Councils – Focus on AI and Employee Data is designed for members of local, central and group works councils, including those operating in matrix organisations. You will learn how to apply recent German court rulings and legal developments directly to your works council's responsibilities.
The main focus is on co-determination in the introduction and use of AI and IT systems, as well as the handling of employee data, data protection and automated decision-making. You will also explore recent legal developments concerning legally valid works agreements, works council remuneration and mobile working arrangements.
The seminar includes valuable practical support: Your existing framework works agreements on AI, IT and mobile working will be reviewed, and a live discussion with a conciliation committee chairperson will provide first-hand insights into resolving workplace disputes.
You will leave the seminar equipped with concrete arguments for your next negotiations, ready to exercise your co-determination rights confidently and effectively represent employees' interests.
Course fee: €1,950 plus applicable VAT and additional hotel costs. Hotel costs are not included in the course fee.
